Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026 · GA4 Health Check is operated by Native Ore Analytics.

The short version: Pay for audits, use them on any property you have access to, and don't misuse the service. Audits don't expire. All sales are final. We provide the service as-is.

Acceptance of terms

By using GA4 Health Check ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. GA4 Health Check is operated by Native Ore Analytics ("we", "us", "our").

The service

GA4 Health Check provides automated auditing of Google Analytics 4 properties via the Google Analytics API. The Service connects to your GA4 property using read-only OAuth access, runs a series of automated checks, and generates a PDF report of findings and recommendations.

Your account

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must have legitimate access to any GA4 property you audit — do not audit properties you do not have permission to access.

Purchases and payment

Audits are sold individually or in packs of 3 or 5. Purchases are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise the charge.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Agency and consultant use — running audits on behalf of clients — is explicitly permitted and encouraged.

Intellectual property

The GA4 Health Check software, audit methodology, report design, and website content are owned by Native Ore Analytics. You may use your audit reports for any legitimate business purpose including sharing with clients.

Google API services

GA4 Health Check uses Google Analytics APIs. Your use of the Service is subject to Google's API Terms of Service. GA4 Health Check's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disclaimers

GA4 Health Check is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that audit findings are exhaustive, error-free, or constitute legal or compliance advice. Findings are automated and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before acting on them for compliance purposes.

We are not responsible for decisions made based on audit output, or for any data issues in your GA4 property that existed before or after running an audit.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Native Ore Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the audit in question.

Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continuing to use the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
